Delivery zones
We currently deliver to mainland France only.
Delivery times
The average delivery time is estimated to be between 2 and 7 working days from the date your order is shipped.
Carriers
We work with reliable and reputable carriers for the delivery of food products, including Colissimo and Stuart. The choice of carrier depends on your location, the size of your order, and your desired delivery timeframe.
Delivery costs
Delivery charges are fixed and vary depending on the carrier chosen:
- Standard delivery via Colissimo: €3.50
- Express delivery operated by Stuart, available only within Paris city limits: €8.55
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can contact us by email at contact@joa-microbiome.com with any questions regarding your order tracking.
Returns & Refunds
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, you have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return conditions
- The returned product must be unopened and in perfect condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount, except in the case of a defective product.
- Opened or damaged products will not be accepted for return or refund.
Return procedure
To make a return, please contact us at contact@joa-microbiome.com and indicate:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos of the product if necessary.
We will then send you instructions for returning your package.
Refund deadlines
Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank and can take up to 14 days.
